Getting started

Set up your business details, add the plumbing starter template, then enter your own selling prices. Add a customer, describe the work, review matches, save a draft, and confirm review before finalizing.

Importing a price book

Download the CSV template in Price book → Import CSV. Use dollars with at most two decimal places, true/false for taxable, and | between tags or synonyms. Preview and fix every error, then confirm. Existing SKUs update atomically.

Connecting ChatGPT or Codex

Use the configured HTTPS MCP endpoint with OAuth and your existing account. Connections use your account’s saved prices and permissions. Billing is managed on this website.

Customer quote questions

For service scope, pricing, scheduling, or a changed estimate, contact the contractor listed on the quote directly. Contractor Estimating Pro does not send messages or collect contractor customer payments.
